Tardiness
As a courtesy to all of our guests arriving for your appointment tardy will result in deducted therapy time and the full service fee will be charged. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure the benefits of the full therapy service.
Cancellation
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for scheduled appointments. All appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged $40 per hour of scheduled time.
“No Shows”
“No showing” for your appointment will result in a full charge of all scheduled services.
Return Check Fee
There is a $25 service fee for all returned checks.
